§ 145. Mr. Brewisasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will direct the Scottish Education Department to apply for separate membership of the International Bureau of Education, in view of the differences between the Scottish and English educational systems.
§ Mr. RossNo. Present arrangements for United Kingdom membership make adequate provision for my Department being represented at the Bureau's annual conferences on public education and taking part in compiling the United Kingdom contributions to the Bureau's publications and reports.
