§ Mr. HealeyThe nature of the agreement was given in my reply on 22nd November to a Question by the hon. Member for Haltemprice (Mr. Wall). We and the United States Government are in the process of inviting potential contractors324W to forward their proposals for providing launchers and satellites and it would not be in the public interest to say what we estimate the programme will cost.—[Vol. 736, c. 261–2.]
