§ Mr. Monroasked the Postmaster-General if he will issue, at the appropriate moment, a special postage stamp to com-mememorate the centenary of the first Rugby Union international played in Edinburgh on 27th March 1871 between Scotland and England and which will be marked by a special match to be played between two countries in Edinburgh on 27th March, 1971.
§ Mr. Edward ShortI do not expect the 1971 special stamp programme to be chosen until about the autumn of 1970 and I am sorry that I am unable to give a firm ruling now. When the times comes, however, we shall most certainly bear this proposal in mind.
