For purposes of comparison with paragraph 279 of the Devlin Report (Cmnd. 2734), however, the National Association of Port Employers supply the following numbers of currently active employers: London (enclosed docks) 16, (employers of tally clerks) 20, Liverpool 46, Hull 66, Glasgow 6, Bristol 42.
