§ 66. Mr. Biffenasked the First Secretary of State and Secretary of State for Economic Affairs if, in the interests of the national economy, he will now dissolve the Economic Development Committees so that the resources of the businessmen now serving on them may be redeployed to maximise the profitable use of the assets of the companies by whom they are employed.
