§ Mr. Joseph SlaterMeasures to improve the reception and extend the coverage of the television services are primarily the responsibility of the broadcasting authorities themselves. I am sure that both the B.B.C. and the I.T.A. will be glad to let the hon. Member know why satisfactory reception in this area of their services is difficult; and what, if any, steps they can take to improve it.
