§ Mr. George BrownMr. Bowen has now submitted his report. It is a most valuable report and includes a number of recommendations for improvements in our procedures, which I am studying in consultation with the High Commissioner.
As I promised the House on the 14th of November, in reply to the hon. Gentleman the Member for Surbiton, I am also considering the question of the publication of the report and will make a further statement next week.
