Mr. Hirstasked the Minister of Transport what progress has been made with the planning for a suspension footbridge on the A650 over the river adjacent to Cottingley Bar Bridge in the 120W urban district of Bingley; when it is expected that the work will be commenced; and upon what date completion can be expected.
