asked the Minister of Labour how many registered disabled persons there are in Wales, including Monmouthshire; and how many new jobs for disabled persons have been provided in Wales since 1964.

On the 18th April, 1966, the latest date on which information is available, 40,965 persons were registered as disabled in Wales (including Monmouthshire). Information is not available about how many new jobs have been provided for disabled persons since 1964, but 3,210 disabled persons were placed in employment between 1st January and 5th October this year.
