§ Mr. Bruce-Gardyneasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether in view of the shortfall in the number of commercial vehicles crossing the Tay Road Bridge compared with the forecast on which the schedule of toll charges was based, he will now revise this schedule in respect of heavy goods vehicles to bring it into line with that recommended by Mr. W. Munro, Q.C., for a trial period to see whether a lower toll would lead to a substantial increase in traffic and consequently a net increase in revenue.
§ Mr. RossUnder the Tay Road Bridge Order, 1962, the schedule of tolls may be revised only after the bridge has been open for 12 months.
