Osborneasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government by what authority he has undertaken to give the Labour-controlled London Borough of Camden additional subsidies that are not available to other boroughs to meet the £2,100,000 annual housing deficit, instead of increasing the rents as recommended by the district auditor; and if he will give an assurance that applications from other boroughs will be treated equally.
