§ Mr. Roy JenkinsCuts of some £1.3 million will be made in the following building programmes in England and Wales—police and prisons £0.6 million; courts £0.4 million; fire £0.3 million. The remainder of the £1.5 million will be found by reductions in police and prisons building work in Scotland.
