§ Mr. MacArthurasked the Minister of Social Security if she will simplify the form for claiming repayment of Selective 360W Employment Tax under Section 6 of the Selective Employment Payments Act, 1966, in order to make it easier for elderly people to make their claims.
§ Miss HerbisonThe content of the form was dictated by the requirements of Section 6 of the Selective Employment Payments Act. Simplification of the layout of the form is under consideration in the light of experience gained from forms completed by claimants.
