§ Mr. Wallasked the Minister of Overseas Development on what grounds Messrs. L. Smit, A. Bissochoff and E. M. T. Phillips serving in Lesotho have been refused designation under the Overseas Services Aid Scheme, in view of the fact that the Basutoland Government has admitted responsibility for not making the necessary application.
