§ Mr. Goronwy RobertsConditions are already attached to grants made to universities for building purposes on the advice of the University Grants Committee. Grants are made only if the Committee are satisfied that the amount of accommodation involved in each project is reasonable and expenditure is controlled by a limit calculated in accordance with the principles laid down in the U.G.C.'s publication "Non-Recurrent Grants. Notes on Procedure".
