§ Mr. Bruce-Gardyneasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will take steps to ensure that local authorities which delay council-house rent increases during the period of the prices and incomes standstill, and as a result allow rents to fall below 95 per cent. of gross annual value, do not suffer from loss of Exchequer grants.
