§ 44. Mr. Roseasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what economic guarantees he has given to the Government of Gibraltar during the continuation of the current dispute with Spain.
§ Mr. Frederick LeeI reaffirmed to the people of Gibraltar that the British Government intend to sustain Gibraltar in her present difficulties, and that if further finance is proved to be needed for this purpose, and if the British Government are satisfied as to this need, we will stand ready to provide it.
