(4) how much equipment on or in connection with land has been acquired under powers granted by the Highland Development Authority Act;
(5) how many services on or in connection with land have been provided under powers granted by the Highland Development Authority Act.

§ Mr. RossI am informed that the Highlands and Islands Development Board has obtained a considerable amount of information voluntarily from businessmen and landowners. The Board has not found it necessary to serve any notice requiring the provision of information in terms of Section 11 of the Highlands and Islands Development (Scotland) Act, 1965.
§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many loans or grants have been given to industry under the Highland Development Authority Act in addition to those available through normal Board of Trade channels; and what is their amount.
§ Mr. RossThe following table gives information about approvals and payments up to 31st October, 1966, under the Highlands and Islands Development Board's arrangements for assistance to industrial and commercial projects.
