§ Mr. JayI am proposing to authorise under the Local Employment Acts a further programme of advance factories in the development areas. The total area of the factories will be 475,000 sq. ft. The factories will be capable of expansion and should provide a valuable inducement for industry to develop in the areas where they are located.
