§ Mr. MulleyMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Defence and I will be meeting French Ministers on 7th November to discuss the next stage of the Anglo-French variable geometry project. On the Airbus, joint proposals submitted by industrial firms in the United Kingdom, France and Germany on how best to meet the outline specification agreed earlier this year, are now being evaluated.
