HC Deb 02 November 1966 vol 735 cc99-100W
76. Mr. Wolrige-Gordon

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what number of places at Scottish universities is now available to Scottish students; and what percentage of those applying for places gain admission.

Mr. Ross

Figures as to the total number of places this session are not yet available. Places are not reserved specifically for Scottish applicants. Although there is no regular return I have no reason to believe that any sizeable proportion of qualified applicants is rejected.
