§ Mr. RossThe Minister of Power and the President of the Board of Trade are primarily responsible, respectively, for matters concerning the petroleum and petro-chemical industries. Among possible projects being considered within these industries at the present time are a number for Scottish sites, with which I am naturally concerned. As, however, some of these possibilities are extremely tentative, it would not be meaningful to give precise figures.
