§ 74. Mr. Wallasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs what complaints he has received about incitement to violence in Rhodesia broadcast by Zambia Radio; what reply he has made; and what other action he has taken.
§ Mr. BowdenMy Department has received various representations including a number from Members of this House, and has replied to the effect that, apart from two isolated examples last May, extreme broadcasts of the kind complained of do not seem to have occurred for a very long time. I do not consider that any further action is necessary.
