§ 34. Mr. Loveysasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he will make a statement following the consulations he has had with the Minister of Transport on the question of the upkeep of certain private or unadopted roads which are in a state of disrepair.
§ Mr. MacCollMy right hon. Friend's consultations have confirmed that the only satisfactory answer to this problem is for these roads to be made up and adopted by the street works authority.
