§ Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs whether, in view of the fact that Zambia is bearing the brunt of the burden consequent on Her Majesty's Government's policy on Rhodesia, he will consider as a matter of urgency the granting of increased financial and technical aid.
§ Mr. BowdenHer Majesty's Government have offered the Zambian Government further aid up to a total of £13.85 million for expenditure up to the 30th June, 1967. Discussions on this offer are still taking place through our Acting High Commissioner in Lusaka.
