§ Mr. TaverneThere are many different kinds of offence in relation to road traffic or other licences, and an average figure for fines for all these offences could not be provided without disproportionate cost. If my hon. Friend will indicate whether he desires information about a particular licensing offence, I will see whether the information can be obtained.
