§ Mr. SwinglerNo. The procedure of Transport Users Consultative Committees is a matter for the Committees themselves in accordance with Section 56 of the Transport Act 1962. I understand, however, that there is no record of the then Provost having offered oral evidence at the hearing. I also understand that an authorised representative of Forres Town Council did give oral evidence.
