§ Mr. CrossmanI have seen a report that one committee has done this, but I understand that the chairman concerned rejects such an interpretation of his decision. On the subject of scarcity, I would call my hon. Friend's attention to the carefully considered statement on this subject made by my hon. Friend, the Joint Parliamentary Secretary, in winding up the Adjournment Debate on 13th May.
