§ Mr. K. RobinsonThe new hospital is to be built on undeveloped land in the High Heatons neighbourhood of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The decision to look for a site was taken in March, 1963. The Regional Hospital Board's proposals were put to my predecessor in October, 1963, and he agreed them in principle in December, 1963.
