§ 43. Mr. A. Royleasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what further representations have been made to the Soviet Government regarding the sending of parcels to Mr. Brooke.
§ Mr. George ThomsonHer Majesty's Embassy in Moscow were informed in April that Mr. Brooke is now entitled to receive one parcel, weighing not more than five kilogrammes every six months,2W the limit permitted by Soviet regulations. It is not yet clear, however, whether this refers only to food parcels and further inquiries have been made by Her Majesty's Embassy in this regard and also concerning the visits to Mr. Brooke which will in future be permitted.
