§ Mrs. WhiteThe implementation of many of the principles contained in this Declaration is, in the view of Her Majesty's Government, a function more appropriate to non-governmental organisations and youth movements themselves than to Governments. In those areas covered by the Declaration where Government action might be appropriate I am satisfied that the principles which it states are already observed in this country.
But if my hon. Friend has some particular points in mind, I hope he will bring them to my attention.
