§ Mr. CroslandThe Council for Scientific Policy advises me in the exercise of my responsibilities for civil science policy. It reports to me from time to time on matters within this field, and two reports by Committees appointed by the Council have been published*. The Council has submitted a general report on its work during the first year of its existence and this will be published next week.
