§ 4. Mr. Milneasked the President of the Board of Trade what discussions he has had with the Association of British Travel Agents and the Travel Tourist Association in regard to legislation affecting the travel trade arising from the recent liquidations of Spain Only Limited and Rentavilla.
§ 11. Mr. Milneasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will appoint an inspector to inquire into the liquidation of Spain Only Limited.
§ Mr. MasonOn present information there do not appear to be grounds for appointing an inspector under Section 165 of the Companies Act, 1948, to investigate the affairs of Spain Only Limited.
