§ 74 and 75. Sir J. Hobsonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will make a statement about the progress of his consideration of the Report by Mr. Justice Widgery's Committee on Legal Aid in Criminal Proceedings;
(2) when he will introduce legislation dealing with legal aid in criminal proceedings; and whether, in particular, the question of money contributions by those granted such legal aid and who can afford some subvention to the public purse will be dealt with.
