§ Mr. Harry Howarthasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what reply he has sent to the Rushden Urban District Council's letter of 2nd May, 1966, regarding the payment of compensation in a case which has been brought to his attention under Section 28 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1962.
§ Mr. MacCollI have sent my hon. Friend a copy of the reply which has been sent to the Clerk of the Rushden Urban District Council today.
