HC Deb 17 May 1966 vol 728 c228W
Mr. Stratton Mills

asked the Prime Minister what plans he has made in view of the threatened seamen's strike to ensure the movement of essential freight between Great Britain and Northern Ireland; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Roy Jenkins

I have been asked to reply.

The Government are taking all appropriate step to ensure the maintenance in Northern Ireland of supplies essential to the life of the community.
