§ Mr. GunterI am still engaged in the preliminary consultations that are necessary before I decide on the precise scope of the Industrial Training Board that will include the retail distributive trades. I am therefore not yet ready to make appointments to the Board nor to estimate the date on which it will be ready to start work.
