§ Mr. MulleyIt is not the usual practice to vary fixed price contracts unless specific provisions to this effect have been included in the contract terms. No action is therefore being taken at present to review the prices of fixed price contracts on account of the Selective Employment Tax, but the Government are giving aspects of this general question further consideration.
