§ Mr. MellishI assume that my hon. Friend is referring to a recent conference of West Midland local authorities at which the Ministry and the Building Research Station were represented. At this conference it was agreed that individual local authority problems would be investigated by the councils concerned, and that they would have the support and assistance of the Ministry and the Building Research Station.
