§ Mr. RossNo Borstal accommodation is being built at present, but transfers following new provision for other classes of young offenders will make 80 places available for Borstal boys in July.
In approved schools additional accommodation for 72 boys is under construction and provision for a further 57 places is at an advanced planning stage.
