§ Mr. Ian Lloydasked the Minister of Transport what plans she has made with the port authorities on measures to be taken to avoid serious congestion and to facilitate the access of foreign shipping, in view of the impending seamen's strike.
§ Mrs. CastlePort authorities, who are of course well aware of the possibility of congestion, have been asked to take such steps as are open to them to minimise the consequences of the stoppage.
