§ 70. Mr. Dalyellasked the Minister of Public Building and Works what plans he has for a regionally based advisory service for the building and construction industry, to advise the builder and the tenant, respectively, on matters of construction and repair.
§ Mr. PrenticeNegotiations are in progress with the industry aimed at extending the scope of the Civil Engineering Research Association to include building research, information and advisory services. I must ask my hon Friend to await the outcome of these negotiations.
