§ Mr. Dribergasked the Postmaster-General if he will issue a stamp to commemorate the centenary of the birth of H. G. Wells.
§ Mr. BennI did consider this suggestion very carefully before settling the 1966 special stamp programme, but it did not prove possible to meet it. I will however hear the suggestion in mind.
