§ Mr. William RodgersDuring the first half of March letters were received from a large number of local authorities in Scotland suggesting that increases in bus fares should be referred to the National Board for Prices and Incomes. The replies sent explained our reasons for believing that such a reference would be inappropriate at this stage.
