§ Mr. CroslandThe major programmes originally approved for the five years totalled £313.5 million, of which £71.5million was for primary schools, £187 million for secondary schools and £55 million for the reorganisation of all age schools. The final annual allocations (increased to allow for rising costs) were as follows:—
