§ Mr. MasonI understand that negotiations have been concluded between the E.E.C. Commission and the Nigerian Government on the terms of a draft agreement. Details have not yet been published and we do not know when it 105W may be brought into operation. I cannot therefore estimate the effect on our trade with Nigeria.
