§ Mr. MellishMy right hon. Friend doubts whether such a booklet would be of great value to tenants. The powers available in various Acts are wide and complicated and often need to be considered in the light of particular circumstances. A tenant living in unsatisfactory conditions would be best advised to consult his town hall.
