§ Mr. Wylieasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will seek to make an amendment to the Prison (Scotland) Rules 1952 (S.I., 1952, No. 565) to permit 171W remission of sentence under Rule 37 to apply to prisoners serving sentences of imprisonment for contempt of court.
