§ Mr. TaverneThe information available about prosecutions for various motor vehicle use, weight and equipment offences is related to types of offence, not to the legal provisions contravened. Many of these offences are also offences under other Acts and regulations. I regret that there are no separate figures for breaches of regulations to which Section 64(2) of the Road Traffic Act 1960, applies.
