§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether in his forthcoming Budget he will seek to ensure that all owners of vehicles liable to the road fund tax pay this duty so as to prevent the present evasion, which is estimated to be practised by 25 per cent. of the owners of road vehicles.
